Traditional personal training where you see a trainer for 1-2 sessions a week is not the best way for you to get results. You are limited by availability, time constraints, unexpected events that cause you to miss training and how often you can afford to train.

Thats why I offer a blend of face to face sessions and online coaching in all my packages.
